Pink Floyd Music and EMI are to release an absolute torrent of CDs, DVDs, SACD's and Blu-ray discs starting from 27th September 2011 in a three phased distribution.
The releases will come in three editions: Discovery, Experience and Immersion as well as a new best of called A Foot In The Door.

LENNY KRAVITZ’ SHOW AND TELL

PAT GROSSI IS AN ACTIVE CHILD
We’re finding it hard to classify Active Child’s music, and so is everyone else really, they’re all just looking forward to the release of the new album YOU ARE ALL I SEE (on 9/23). Pat Grossi’s musical project has toured with a bunch of different-sounding bands (James Blake, White Lies, School of Seven Bells, White Rabbits) and people have had nice things to say, such as when KEXP said ““His heaven-sent falsetto rising above a warm tenor that he developed through his formative years in the Philadelphia Boys Choir will send chills down your spine if not inspire tears of elation.” (See what we mean by hard to classify?) Woman". 2011 is the 40th anniversary of the album's release and this program goes into detail of how the album came about, its recording and what was happening to the band at the time. The story is told through new interviews with the three surviving Doors: Ray Manzarek, Robbie Krieger and John Densmore plus contributions from Jac Holzman, founder of their label Elektra Records, Bill Siddons, who was their manager, Bruce Botnick, engineer and co-producer of the album and others associated with the Doors at this time. The show includes archive footage of the Doors performing both live and in the studio, classic photographs and new musical demonstrations from the Doors.
